Understand Your Invoices
Your invoices provide a detailed breakdown of charges billed to your WhatConverts account. Reviewing them helps you confirm billing accuracy, identify usage trends, and understand how your account costs are calculated. This ensures transparency and helps you manage your account funding effectively.

Note: Invoices are not emailed automatically. You can view and download them at any time from the Invoices page in your account.
Understand Your Invoices
Quick Overview
The Quick Overview appears at the top of your invoice and provides a snapshot of your account balance for the current billing period. It summarizes how your balance changes based on funding and usage during the month.
Opening Balance: The remaining funds carried over from the previous billing period.
Account Usage: The total amount deducted for usage during the billing period, such as call minutes, form submissions, or other tracked leads.
Forward Balance: Your remaining balance after adding funds and subtracting usage.
Note: The Forward Balance becomes your Opening Balance in the next billing period.
Account Summary
The Account Summary provides a detailed breakdown of charges and payments that make up your invoice.
Account Charges: Consist of monthly fees, account usage, and the included usage credit.
- Monthly Fees: Your recurring fees, which include your account plan and white label.
- Account Usage: The total amount deducted for usage during the billing period.
- Included Usage: The amount of usage deducted from your included usage credit.
- Additional Usage: The amount of usage billed after exceeding the included usage credit.
- Included Usage Credit: A credit automatically added to your account each month when your account renews. To learn more about the included usage credit, see What is the Included Usage?
Payments: Lists successful payments made in your account, including plan renewals, auto-funding, and manual payments.
Forward Balance: Shows your remaining account balance after adding funds and subtracting usage.
Account Usage by Product
The Account Usage by Product section provides a breakdown of how your account's usage is calculated by feature or product.
Phone Numbers: Number of active tracking numbers.
Call Minutes: Total call duration, including local and international minutes.
Additional Products: Includes other usage such as forms, events, emails, chats, AI analysis, recording storage, and text messages. If applicable, PCI redaction minutes are billed per use, and lead refunds are credited back to your account.
