WhatConverts Quickstart Guide
Getting started is quick. This guide walks you through the core steps to go from free trial signup to tracking your first leads. In just a few minutes, you’ll have WhatConverts capturing calls and forms, and sending that data to Google Ads to give you visibility into the value your marketing generates.
Step 1. Create and Verify Your Account
Sign up for a WhatConverts free trial, then follow the steps to Open a New Account. Make sure to click the verification link in your email so you can log in for the first time.
Tip: Schedule an Onboarding Call with our Customer Success team. We’ll extend your trial from 14 to 30 days and help you get set up correctly from the start.
Step 2. Run the One-time Account Setup
After the first login, the Online Onboarding guides you through the essentials to capture the right leads for your business. You’ll:
- Confirm your company details and website URL.
- Install the tracking code and set up call and form tracking.
- Connect to Google Ads for smarter and automatic campaign optimization.
Note: You can skip steps and return to them later, but completing setup early ensures you see value faster.
Step 3. Review and Complete Your Setup
Once onboarding is done, you’ll land in your account with access to the Get Started Checklist. This makes it easy to spot anything you skipped and confirm your account is fully ready to capture leads.
Tip: Place a test call or form submission and check the Lead Manager. Validating your tracking now ensures you never miss valuable data later.
Step 4. Start Tracking Leads
With setup complete, your account is live. WhatConverts will now capture the lead types you configured and store them in the Lead Manager with full attribution.
From here, you’re no longer guessing what marketing works. You’re seeing real leads tied to their source, with the details you need to prove ROI.
