Where can I Access my Monthly Usage Summary?

In WhatConverts, you have the option to view your monthly summary and see your usage to date.

View Monthly Usage Summary as an Agency User under an Agency Plan

1Select your “Agency“. Make sure that you see your Agency level options as seen below.

2Select “Billing” and “Summary“. From the right side you can select which month you would like to view your Monthly Summary for, Download the PDF of the Summary, Usage, Payments and view Usage by Account.

Click “+” to expand each field.

  • Payments – This will tell you the payments that you have made in the month you have selected to view.
  • Usage – This will tell you the amount of phone numbers that you have used for the month, if they are toll-free or local and the country of the phone numbers, and the number of minutes used and the cost for each.

As an Agency User, you also have the ability to view your Usage by Account by selecting the account you would like to view from the drop-down menu below your agency usage summary.

1Select your “Account” to bring up your Account level options as seen below. You will see three options, Billing, Profiles and Settings.

2Select “Billing” and “Summary“. From the right side you can select which month you would like to view your Monthly Summary for, Download the PDF of the Summary and view Usage and Payments.
