Click the green "Add Web Form" button, and select "Advanced Integration" from the pop up.
      Add Web Form Advanced
Enter a "Form Name" that matches the form that you want to track.
Select Attribute Type "ID".
In your WordPress dashboard, go to the Gravity Forms plugin settings.  You can identify the Gravity Forms ID value from the left column called ID.   Using the ID value from the Gravity Forms plugin we can generate the "Attribute Type Value" to be used in WhatConverts. The value to be used in WhatConverts will match gform_# with the # representing the ID from Gravity Forms.  Example: If the ID is "2" then the value to be used in WhatConverts will be "gform_2".
Click the "Add" button.
