Follow these simple steps to track Gravity Forms web forms in WhatConverts.
Add the WhatConverts Tracking Script.
If you haven’t already added your WhatConverts tracking script to your website, install your tracking script.
Setup the Gravity Form in WhatConverts.
- 1Login to WhatConverts and select your account and/or profile. If you have only one profile this will be selected automatically.
2Select “Tracking” from the left side menu and then click on “Web Forms“.
3Click the green “Add Web Form” button, and select “Advanced Integration” from the pop up.
4Enter a “Form Name” that matches the form that you want to track.
5Select Attribute Type “ID“.
6In your WordPress dashboard, go to the Gravity Forms plugin settings. You can identify the Gravity Forms ID value from the left column called ID. Using the ID value from the Gravity Forms plugin we can generate the “Attribute Type Value” to be used in WhatConverts. The value to be used in WhatConverts will match gform_# with the # representing the ID from Gravity Forms. Example: If the ID is “2” then the value to be used in WhatConverts will be “gform_2“.
7Click the “Add” button.
Test the form
Test your form by filling in the form on your website and submitting; return to the WhatConverts dashboard and refresh the page.
The new form submission should appear in your dashboard now.
Your Gravity Forms web form is now live and tracking.
