Note: Add the WhatConverts tracking script to your site if you have not already done so.
1Log into your Zoho Forms account. Locate the form you would like to track and click "Edit".
2At the top of the page, select "Share". On the left side of the page, select "Download HTML". Click "Download HTML/CSS" to download your form.
3Extract the folder and open the "index.html" file in that folder into a text editor, copy the HTML and paste it into the HTML page on your website.
4Log into the WhatConverts profile you want to track your Zoho Form in. Select "Tracking" from the top menu. Select "Forms" and click "Web Forms".
5Click the"Add Web Form" button, and select "Manual Setup". Name your form, select Attribute Type "ID" and enter Attribute Value as "form". Click the "Finish" button.
6Test your form tracking by filling in the form on your website to submit a test lead. Go back to your WhatConverts Profile. Click "Leads" in the top menu. Under the Lead Manager review your test form submission.

Track your Zoho Forms in WhatConverts. Begin by using the HTML/CSS download method when embedding the form on your website.

5Click the green "Add Web Form" button, select "Advanced Integration".
6Give your form a name, select Attribute Type "ID" and enter "form" as the Attribute Value as shown below. Click "Add".
