By changing the date format in your user account, you will be able to view all of your leads’ dates in your preferred date format. All changes are retroactive, which allows you to change the date format at any time you wish without affecting data.
- Note: The date format is user specific; this change will only affect your user account.
1From your WhatConverts dashboard, select “User” from the top right navigation and then click on “Settings” from the drop-down.
2Below your Email Address and Time Zone, are the Date Display settings. From the drop-down menu, select your preferred “Date Display” format and click “Update“.
