A Master Account administrator has access to all accounts that fall under the Master Account. Only master accounts users have access to the 'Master Account' menu.
By default, Master Account Users receive all notifications for all accounts tied to the Master Account. To manage which type of notifications you would like to receive:
1Log into your WhatConverts Master Account. Select the "Master Account" icon. Select "Users".
2There are two types of users: Master Account and Account Users. You can toggle between the two on the left side navigation.
You can edit any master account or account user's notification settings or user role by clicking the "Pencil Icon" at the end of the row their email address is in.

Agency account management, user management and user notifications are slightly different from regular accounts.
As a Master Account administrator, you have access to all accounts that fall under your master account.

Under your Master Account menu in the WhatConverts dashboard, select "Settings" then "Users".
You'll notice Account Users and their "User Settings" gear icon located in the same row as their email address.
Click the "User Settings" gear icon to change the notifications the user receives.
