Agency account management, user management and user notifications are slightly different from regular accounts.
As a Master Account administrator, you have access to all accounts that fall under your master account.
Only master accounts users have access to the ‘Master Account‘ menu items.
By default, Master Account Users receive all notifications for all accounts tied to the Master Account. To manage which type of notifications you would like to receive, first setup an account.
Under your Master Account menu in the WhatConverts dashboard, select “Settings” then “Users“.
You’ll notice Account Users and their “User Settings” gear icon located in the same row as their email address.
