Port a Number to WhatConverts

WhatConverts offers a simple process for repurposing telephone numbers that you already own for call tracking functions. You can switch telephone carriers and transfer your existing number to WhatConverts by initiating a port request.

To port a number to WhatConverts, send an email to support@whatconverts.com with:

  1. The name of your account and/or profile ID
  2. The destination number for your ported tracking numbers
  3. A list of the numbers to be transferred
  4. A signed and completed Letter of Authorization (PDF)

A member of the support team will submit your Letter of Authorization to your current carrier and add your numbers to your WhatConverts account. The process will take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete.
