At WhatConverts, we strive to make our billing and usage as simple as possible to understand so there are no surprises when it comes to usage. All WhatConverts plans come with a certain amount of usage credit included in the monthly cost:

All calls are counted toward your usage by duration. The amount that you will be charged is per minute. If a call duration is 0-60 seconds, the cost is for one minute.
Example: A call with an 85 second duration is considered two minutes of usage time.
Busy, No Answer and Failed calls are counted toward your usage.
In your Invoice, you can view the total quantity of minutes used and phone numbers that have been purchased.
