What Charges Can I Expect?

At WhatConverts, we strive to make our billing and usage as simple as possible to understand so there are no surprises when it comes to usage. All WhatConverts plans come with a certain amount of usage credit included in the monthly cost:

  • Agency Plans: Start at $500/month; can include $250, $300, or $400 in monthly usage credit
  • Elite Plans: $160 per month; includes $30 of monthly usage credit
  • Pro Plans: $100 per month; includes $30 in monthly usage credit
  • Plus Plans: $60 per month; includes $30 in monthly usage credit
  • Call Tracking Plans: $30 per month; includes $30 in monthly usage credit

Monthly usage credits can be used for:

  • Phone numbers in your account. This includes disabled phone numbers.
  • Incoming minute usage (Please see our pricing page for rates for your country)
  • Incoming text messages.
  • Form, chat, transaction and event tracking ($0.10 per lead action)

Additional features such as Call Recording are included at no additional cost.

What Counts in the Per Minute Usage? How are Minutes Calculated?

All calls are counted toward your usage by duration. The amount that you will be charged is per minute. If a call duration is 0-60 seconds, the cost is for one minute.

Example: A call with an 85 second duration is considered two minutes of usage time.

Busy, No Answer and Failed calls are counted toward your usage.

In your Invoice, you can view the total quantity of minutes used and phone numbers that have been purchased.

Additional Products

There are add-on features that you can also add to your account with WhatConverts that are not included in the above. These include:

  • White Label: This is an additional $50 per month and allows you to brand your Master Account with your company's logo with your own domain.
  • Call Transcription: Provides a transcript of your tracked calls after they have ended. This is an additional $0.02.
  • PCI Redaction: Redacts any credit card details or social security numbers from your call recordings and/or call transcriptions. This is an additional $0.01 per minute.

Additional features such as Call Recording are included at no additional cost.

The Elite Plan is $80 per month, and includes $30 per month in usage credit which can be used for:

  • Phone numbers in your account. This includes disabled phone numbers.
  • Incoming minute usage (Please see our pricing page for rates for your country)
  • Incoming text messages.
  • Form, chat, transaction and event tracking ($0.10 per lead)

Additional features such as Call Recording are included at no additional cost.

The Pro Plan is $50 per month, and includes $30 per month in usage credit which can be used for:

  • Phone numbers in your account. This includes disabled phone numbers.
  • Incoming minute usage (Please see our pricing page for rates for your country)
  • Incoming text messages.
  • Form, chat, transaction and event tracking ($0.10 per lead)

The Plus Plan is $30 per month, and includes $30 per month in usage credit which can be used for:

  • Phone numbers in your account. This includes disabled phone numbers.
  • Incoming minute usage (Please see our pricing page for rates for your country)
  • Incoming text messages
  • Form, chat, transaction and event tracking ($0.10 per lead)
