Note: You must have your WhatConverts Tracking Code placed in the head of the page. If you are using the WhatConverts WordPress Plugin or Google Tag Manager, you will need to deactivate that and place the HTML Tracking Code in the header of your page.
1Log into LiveChat Inc. Click the "Gear Icon" at the bottom left of the page. Select "Integrations" from the left side menu, click "Webhooks".
2Click the yellow "Add A Webhook" button. To begin tracking a chat from the beginning, and Event: "Chat Starts" and Data Type: "Chat", "Visitor" and "Pre_Chat_Survey". Enter the Target URL: https://process.iconnode.com/lead/integrations/livechat/*****

3Go to "Installation" and copy and paste your LiveChat code into a notepad to edit. Add the following into your code:

When combined, the LiveChat code will look like this below with the ****** being your LiveChat license number.

4Copy and paste the new LiveChat code on your page. Make sure the your WhatConverts tracking script is before the LiveChat Inc code on your page.
5Go to your website. Start and end a new chat. Log into the WhatConverts profile you have set up the LiveChat Inc integration in. Click "Leads" in the top menu. Under Lead Manager, check for a new Chat Lead to ensure LiveChat Inc is tracking properly.

WhatConverts allows you to track chat sessions and tickets generated using LiveChat. By following the steps below you will be able to track all leads in WhatConverts and see traffic source details of visitors within your LiveChat dashboard.
