How to Track Calls With Multiple Phone Numbers on a Website

If your, or your client's business, has multiple phone numbers on the website (for multiple locations or different departments), you can track calls to each of those numbers separately.

In order to dynamically track calls to each separate number on your website, you'll need a dynamic number pool for each number on the page that you're wanting to track.

Example: You have a phone number for a Phoenix location and a separate phone number for Boston. You will need two dynamic number pools, each with at least one tracking number (we recommend a minimum of 4 tracking numbers per dynamic number pool).

One of the number pools will have your Phoenix number set as the Swap Number and the other have your Boston number set as the Swap Number.
