Sending Sales Values to WhatConverts

1Locate the Deal set up from the Sending Quote Values to WhatConverts step. Open the deal and click "Won".

Win a Deal in Pipedrive

2Go to Zapier. Click "Create Zap". Select "Pipedrive" as your Trigger app and "Deal Matching Filter" as the Trigger event.
Choose your Pipedrive account, click "Continue". Select "All Won Deals" for the Filter. Click "Continue". Test the trigger, select a Deal and click "Continue".

Select "WhatConverts" as the Action App. Select "Update Lead" as the Action event. Click "Continue".
Select the corresponding WhatConverts account; click "Continue". On the Set up action page, set up the fields with the corresponding attributes below.

  • Lead ID: Pull the drop down menu and select the "Custom)" tab. Locate and select "LeadID" under 1. Deal Matching Filter.
  • Quotable = "Yes"
  • Sales Value: Value

Set up Sales value to WhatConverts Pipedrive

Click "Continue". To Test the Action, click "Test & Continue" and when your test is successful, turn your zap "On".

3Go back to your WhatConverts profile and the corresponding lead will display an updated sales value.
